The episode starts with Abhimanyu saying he understands the meaning of love today – it has patience and no expectations, just acceptance. He says he accepts that Abhir can love him as much as he wants, as their relationship exists, and that’s enough.
Abhinav hugs Abhimanyu. Akshara thanks him. Abhinav says Abhimanyu is great for relieving this big burden, and they want him in Abhir’s life always.
Abhimanyu says there will only be happiness now. Abhir kisses them and thanks Abhimanyu, saying his three parents are the best. Abhir says they will party for Abhinav’s birthday.
Abhimanyu says they will celebrate the birthday so well that they will remember it forever. Akshara smiles and wards off any bad sight or energy.
Abhimanyu says there won’t be any fights, court battles or troubles now. He tells Abhir that Abhir will be with Akshara and Abhinav. Abhinav says Abhimanyu can visit them anytime in Kasauli.
Abhimanyu compliments Abhinav as a very nice man and father. Abhinav says the three of them are Abhir’s best parents.
Abhimanyu says the world says blood is thicker than water, but Abhinav proved it wrong. He explains that blood relation isn’t necessary – water quenches thirst and gives life, helping a plant grow, not blood. Abhimanyu thanks Abhinav for raising Abhir. Abhinav also thanks him. They hug, as everyone looks on.
Surekha tells Manish she sees this situation negatively, unlike his positive outlook. Akshara asks Kairav to change his opinion like Surekha’s.
Surekha argues they think Abhimanyu’s anger has gone now that he is letting his son go. But she reminds them of how he fought the custody case fiercely over Abhir.
Kairav says it’s Abhimanyu’s way to hurt people – he promised Akshara happiness but then threw her out over one incident. He says Abhimanyu acted madly in love while marrying Akshara, then removed her from his house.
Kairav adds that he felt Abhimanyu changed when staying with them in Kasauli, but was proven wrong as Abhimanyu didn’t back down from the custody case and won Abhir. Kairav tells Akshara to open her eyes to the truth – Abhimanyu shows love and then attacks.
Muskaan says Abhimanyu is planning Abhinav’s birthday and called everyone. Surekha insists they should be alert, as Abhimanyu can do anything anytime.
Abhimanyu holds a meeting to discuss Abhinav’s birthday plans. Akshara thinks Kairav is worrying unnecessarily, as she knows Abhimanyu has changed for Abhir’s sake.
Ruhi tells them not to discuss the surprise plans in front of Abhinav. Abhir says anyone who spoils the surprise will get punishment. Abhimanyu assigns tasks to everyone.
Akshara thanks Abhimanyu for doing a lot for Abhinav and Abhir. He says he’s being selfish to get his own happiness. Manjiri comes and warns everything is temporary. But Abhimanyu insists everything will be fine and the birthday should be memorable.
Akshara finds Abhinav and says she’s happy but afraid of her happiness attracting bad sight. Abhinav asks her not to invite negative thoughts and fill her heart with positivity instead.
The lights go out. Abhinav says they’ll come back on soon in the big hotel. Akshara says she will light lamps. Abhinav sees a ‘Happy Birthday’ sign and smiles.
Akshara gets a cake, saying it’s 12 AM and his birthday. She asked everyone to wish tomorrow, so he should make a wish now. They wish for Abhinav, Abhir and Akshara to always stay together. Abhinav cuts the cake and they feed each other.
Abhimanyu tells Manish about a work call, saying he got clarity on what to do so not to worry. He says it will be a long day tomorrow so he’s going to sleep.
In the morning, Abhir and Ruhi wake up Abhinav with poppers. Everyone sings happy birthday as Suwarna asks Abhinav to cut the cake. They fight playfully over who will feed Abhinav first.
Seeing their love, Abhinav gets emotional. Abhimanyu says Abhir will feed the cake to Abhinav first. Abhir thanks and feeds him. Abhinav also feeds Abhir, who wishes for him to live 1000 years and hugs him. Abhimanyu watches them.
In the precap, Abhinav falls down. Abhimanyu looks shocked. Abhir asks where his dad went. Akshara scolds Abhimanyu, saying Manish saw him push Abhinav – what will he say if Abhir asks about his dad?
